Machining operations that would
previously involve several consecutive
traditional machining processes –
sawing, deburring, drilling, punching,
milling, notching, etc. – can now be
completed in a single fully automatic
operation on the Adige LT712D Laser
Tube Cutting System.
With the Adige LT712D Laser Tube
Cutting System, virtually any shape
can be machined on to the end of a
tube or along its length on a single
machine.
Capacities
Round - 12 to 154mm diameter.
Square - 12 x 12mm to 120 x 120mm.
Section - Any section that can be
inscribed within a circle diameter of
170mm (side dimensions from 12 –
140mm and a max. difference
between the sides of 110mm).
Features
Fully automated changeover
activated and controlled by the CNC,
with no manual intervention, special
tools or change parts. Typically a
complete changeover takes less
than 3.5 minutes.

Base Machine And Loader
- Automatic Bundle Loader which
can process stock lengths from
3,200mm to 7,500mm with a
maximum weight of 15kg/m (up
to 100kg per bar).
- The complete loading system
is automatically set by the CNC,
thereby requiring no manual
intervention, special tooling or
change parts.
- Stock length measurement
system.
- Hydraulic actuated chuck with
self-centring jaws - clamps and
feeds the tube.
